Marlin is Herbivore (who just eats plants ) he is the consumer of plants (the plant is a producer because in a
food chain plants always come first and they PRODUCE themselves to be eaten ) .Who is trying to eat Marlin is Bruce the shark , Bruce is a secondary consumer and he is Carnivore ( who eats meat as well as plants ). Theoretically Bruce wold be consumed by some humans who eat sharks or a type of whale which is Carnivore ,but either way who will eat Bruce will be called the Tertiary Consumer.

Dear diary,
Today I saw some plancton eating algae (Algae= producer) then the lobster eat the plancton(a primary consumer) then the turtle ate the lobster (secondary consumer ) then the shark ate the turtle (tertiary consumer)
How did you feel about seeing all this?
I am doing home work number 1
It starts with Algi which is the producer (as is a plant) ,they get eaten by loads of plankton which makes the Plankton the consumer ( this is because he eats the little Algi) ,then we go on to Marlon and Nemo ( the clown fish) they are the primary consumers (as they eat Plankton which is a consumer ), Bruce finally is the secondary consumer as he eats Marlon and Nemo therefore he is the secondary consumer.
Great use of nemo characters to demonstrate trophic levels.
