LO- What are acids and bases and what are they used for?

    Acids are chemicals which are able to burn through a certain amount of objects. These chemicals are also in our body. Bases are the opposite of acids. On the ph scale its more than 7, for acids it is less than 7. These can be used to form salt-water.
